Each marble bath is made to order, with an estimated lead time of 6–8 weeks to allow for carving, finishing and final quality inspection of the natural stone. Due to the weight and nature of solid marble, deliveries are handled by specialist couriers using appropriate lifting equipment, and all shipments are fully insured from dispatch to arrival.

Once your order is collected, tracking details will be provided and our team can advise on access requirements to ensure a smooth and safe delivery to your property. Lead times may vary slightly depending on production stages and delivery scheduling but we will inform you if anything changes.

How do I care for my marble coffee or side table?

Marble is a natural stone and requires gentle care to maintain its appearance. Clean using a soft cloth and a pH-neutral, stone-safe cleaner only. Acidic or abrasive products such as vinegar, bleach or standard household cleaners should not be used, as they can damage the surface.

Spills such as coffee, wine or oils should be wiped immediately to reduce the risk of staining. Although the marble is sealed prior to dispatch, ongoing correct care is essential.

Will the marble stain or mark?

Marble is naturally porous and may stain if exposed to liquids or substances for prolonged periods.

To minimise this risk, spills should be cleaned promptly and harsh or coloured products should not be left on the surface. Subtle changes over time are part of the natural character of genuine marble.

Do the tables require assembly?

Some designs arrive fully assembled, while others may require simple assembly such as attaching the base to the tabletop.

Full instructions are provided where applicable. Due to the weight of the marble, we recommend assembly is carried out carefully by two people.

Are the tables heavy?

Yes, marble coffee and side tables are solid stone pieces and can be significantly heavier than standard furniture.

Weights vary depending on the design and size, but customers should be prepared for a substantial item that may require two or more people to move safely.

Are the tables suitable for outdoor use?

Our marble coffee and side tables are designed for indoor use only.

Exposure to outdoor conditions such as moisture, temperature changes and weathering may affect the finish and integrity of the stone.

How is the table delivered?

Delivery is made to the exterior of your property.

For larger or heavier pieces, specialist couriers may be used. The table will not be carried inside or positioned within your home.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange internal handling and placement.

Can the table be returned?

As many of our marble tables are made to order, they are non-returnable once production has begun.

Natural variations in veining, tone and texture are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of the material.

Will the table damage my flooring?

Due to the weight of marble, we recommend placing protective pads beneath the base and ensuring care is taken when positioning the table.

Dragging the table should be avoided to prevent damage to both the flooring and the product.
