HAUS OF MARBLE SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Haus of Marble, all products are carefully prepared and delivered in line with the nature of the materials and the level of craftsmanship involved. As many of our items are made from natural marble and produced to order, delivery timelines and handling requirements differ depending on the product category.

All products are supplied on a delivery-only basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery is made to the exterior of the property, and internal handling, lifting, positioning, or installation remains the responsibility of the customer or their appointed contractors.

Made-to-Order Marble Products

Our marble bathtubs, basins, coffee tables, kitchens, and other large stone pieces are made to order following confirmation of your selected design and specifications.

The typical lead time for these items is between 6-8 weeks. This timeframe reflects the full process required to source the raw stone, cut and shape each piece, complete finishing and sealing, carry out quality checks, and prepare the product for international transport and final delivery.

Due to the weight and fragility of solid marble, these products are transported using specialist heavy-goods couriers. Larger items are delivered on a suitable vehicle and offloaded using mechanical lifting equipment such as a Moffett forklift.

Delivery is strictly to the exterior of the property. Couriers will not enter the premises, carry items inside, or position them within the home. Customers must ensure suitable access for delivery and arrange appropriate storage or coordinate delivery with their installation team.

Marble Lighting

Marble lighting products are produced in smaller formats and do not require the same level of structural fabrication as large stone pieces.

Delivery for marble lighting typically takes approximately 10-12 working days. This shorter timeframe reflects the reduced manufacturing complexity and more straight forward handling and shipping requirements.

Lighting items are delivered via standard courier services and do not require specialist lifting equipment.

Delivery Arrangements

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date. For larger items, a delivery window will be provided closer to the scheduled date.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that access to the delivery location is suitable for the size of the vehicle and the nature of the goods being delivered. Any access restrictions must be communicated in advance.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. These may include manufacturing variations, shipping delays, customs clearance, or courier scheduling constraints.

Haus of Marble is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and delivery timeframes are provided as estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

Risk and Responsibility

All deliveries are insured during transit. Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed and signed for at the exterior of the property.

Any damage caused after delivery, including during internal handling, lifting, or installation, is the responsibility of the customer or their appointed contractors.
