We're selectively onboarding our first trade partners across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Founding partners get first access to new collections and stone options, and the chance to have their project photographed and featured on our website and social channels.
Delivery to the UK, Europe and the Middle East
Marble is heavy, and moving it is a specialist job. Our white-glove service carries each piece into the room where it belongs, unpacks it and places it in position, then takes the packaging away. For projects in Europe and the Middle East, we quote delivery and placement as part of your project pricing.
Every piece is made to order. Production takes around 45–55 days once your order and design drawings are confirmed. Delivery time then depends on your project's location and how we ship:
- Air freight, for lighter orders: around 10–15 days door to door
- Sea freight to the UK, for most marble pieces: around 45 days
- Sea freight to Dubai: around 30 days door to door

Solid marble bathtubs are much heavier than acrylic or composite baths. We provide the weight of every model so your structural engineer can check floor loading before installation.

Production takes around 45–55 days after your order and design drawings are confirmed. Shipping then adds around 10–15 days by air for lighter orders, or by sea around 45 days to the UK and 30 days door to door to Dubai. These are estimates; get in touch for a timeline specific to your project.

Yes. We deliver to projects across Europe and the Middle East. Delivery is quoted with your project pricing, and any import duties or local taxes depend on the destination.

Our white-glove service places each piece in position. Plumbing and fitting of baths and basins should be done by your own installer.
