Delivery & Shipping

At Haus of Marble, every piece is made-to-order and delivered with the highest level of care. This page explains how our delivery and shipping process works, from production through to arrival at your home.

Made-to-Order Production

Each bathtub or piece of furniture is crafted from refined stone, designed to capture the timeless beauty of marble while being lighter, stronger, and more practical for the home. Production begins once your order has been confirmed and usually takes around six weeks. Because each piece is bespoke, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started.

Delivery Timelines

The standard lead time for production and delivery is six to eight weeks. This includes the time needed to craft your piece, prepare it for shipment, and deliver it to your property. Delivery dates are always estimates and may vary depending on shipping schedules, customs clearance, or logistics. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Delivery Service

Complimentary insured worldwide delivery is included with every order. Delivery is made to the kerbside or ground floor entrance of your property. For health and safety reasons, delivery teams do not move items upstairs or into bathrooms unless a white-glove service has been arranged in advance. This optional service is available on request at an additional cost.

Insurance and Protection

All shipments are covered by All Risks cargo insurance for your peace of mind. In the unlikely event of transit damage, we will arrange a professional repair, a replacement, or a refund depending on the circumstances. We also take care of collection or authorised disposal of any damaged items at no cost to you.

Inspection on Delivery

It is important that someone is present to inspect and sign for the delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within forty-eight hours of receipt and supported with photographs or video, along with a copy of the delivery note. Please keep the original packaging until any claim is resolved, as insurers may require it.

Access and Site Preparation

It is your responsibility to ensure that the product can be delivered safely into your property. Please check measurements for doorways, stairways, corridors, and confirm that your floors can support the full weight of the product. Because refined stone baths and furniture are still substantial in size and weight, we recommend booking professional installers and arranging lifting equipment where necessary.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside the UK, local duties and taxes may apply and must be paid before the goods are released for delivery.
